"While the property would be fine for most people, I cannot recommend it for seniors. We are in our upper 70s and I am partly disabled. We were both unable to shower because there were no grab bars in the tub/shower and getting in or out would have been dangerous. In addition, there were metal chairs partly blocking the already narrow walkway between rooms. As a minor complaint, the TV service does not carry any local news, weather, traffic channels. "For the price the room was so so but pretty noisy being on the first floor. The shower was a polar experience as there was zero hot water. I wouldn’t want to stay longer than a night. There is a nice park behind the motel, easy access across a little bridge that crosses a creek for walking your dog so that was nice. The front desk woman was nice and helpful as well."

"Smelled horribly of marijuana. Used an entire can of fabreez in the room and still smelled awful. Hot tub broken. Outdoor sitting area full of leaves, weeds and dirt. No cushions for the outdoor area. Fire pit didn’t work. Pool area tiny with no ventilation. Staffs answer to everything was “ we will talk let a manager know”. Hotel was completely full and not enough parking"

"The constant street noise was a drawback. I should have done better research because I didn’t realize we were on the main route through the city. Nonstop cars drove by. The sound echoed off the building. The room was clean. The bathroom could have been better maintained - sink stopper gone so you could see whatever was dropped down the drain. Shower didn’t look really clean but it was probably because the tile was reglazed and worn. Beds were comfortable. Sheets were clean. Breakfast was fine....

"Since Covid, it seems that Marriot has strived to minimize its housekeeping responsibilities in a big way. This visit was a perfect example. We were told we could have our room cleaned every other day of our 4-day stay. Even though we requested a housecleaning on Day 3, it was never done and when we arrived back at the hotel late and discovered this, we tried calling guest services. No one answered so we went to the front desk. We were told that there was no one there to clean our room and...

"We used almost all amenities while staying here: the locker room, lap pool, fitness center, business center, and restaurants. The staff was wonderful, the food delicious, the pools were great to use for my morning swim. We would stay again. Our only disappointment was that we couldn't get any WIFI connection in our room, even our phones said "emergency calls only"- so if you stay at the end of the hall with rooms 200, be aware you may not have service."
