"everything was perfect from the location of the hotel to the best bfast selection for hotel...staff was very friendly and helpful as well...only issue is its an old hotel and it does show...aircond in the room was not cool enough and some amenities provided seem old and need replacement, even their ironing board and iron were like from the early 90s and in sad state"

"Not all staff were helpful in getting us a grab or GoCar and pushed Bluebird which does not offer fixed price and has a bad reputation. Why push it when we specifically ask for other rides. They need to listen to the guests."

"The staff were brilliant, very helpful and friendly. The room was good size and mostly cleaned well. There was one day the room was not hoovered but the next day that was sorted. Air con works great. The pool is lovely. We had a great stay"

"What a great hotel, from its amazing breakfast, very helpful staff, and the saunas pools and excellent gym. I think this is the best hotel I've ever stayed in and I travel alot."

"Everything is good. Great value of money. Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient location. The only inconvenience was that the toilet in my room smelled."

"Nice hotel. Good location. Wish there's body lotion and bathrobe but other than that it was pleasant stay. Thank you"
