"The heater didn't work well and it was very cold at night."

"Had an enjoyable stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. Check-in and check-out process were very smooth with the kiosks and staff was available if I needed any assistance. Loved the public bath and the amenities. Everything was clean and service was great. Was never disturbed and any service was done quickly! Highly recommend! I would definitely consider continuing staying at a Dormy property in any future trips to Japan"

"Located nearby shopping streets and a lot of good local restaurants. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Amenities provided were excellent for a comfortable stay."
