"The entire experience with Hotel 39 was amazing! I booked a double superior room and was immediately blown away by the view and the cleanliness of the room. We had everything we needed down to the beach towels. The greatest part was the staff! Everyone and I mean everyone was so kind house keeping, front desk and security. Big shout out to the chefs and breakfast staff! THE BREAKFAST IS DELICIOUS! my sister and i didn't miss a day lol! Last but not least sending love to Twitter who ensured we felt appreciated everyday! He truly is a gift. I am sending prosperity and joy to everyone and can't wait to visit you again soon. So grateful for making us feel at home on our first trip to Jamaica. "

"When we arrived our room wasn’t quite ready yet but we were able to change into bathing suits and go to the pool. The pool area was large maybe needed more chairs but there were many activities going on throughout the day. It was very windy which without the sun was a little chilly at times. We ate at all of the restaurants and the food was very good. It was first come first serve so we arrived when they opened and we got right in. We went on a free shuttle to a shopping area. Not many stores, so it wasn’t really worth the trip. There was a lot of seaweed on the beach, but the hotel did a very good job of clearing it out as best as they could. There were people selling items on the beach but they did not approach the guests. They kept their distance and if you wanted something, you went to them. The staff asked us upon arrival to come receive our package (which I think was to look at timeshare) but we never went and they never bothered us to go look. Overall we had a very nice time. "

"Our 1st room had an air-conditioning issue. Our room was very hot. It took them until day 2 to get us a room with air-conditioning that worked. Some areas of the property is dated. The area and view however is absolutely beautiful. Some staff were very friendly..others seemed to not enjoy their jobs. Food at buffet was not great, but the other restaurants were pretty good. "

"The hotel is very clean, my room was spacious and really comfortable, staff were very professional, and the breakfast was really good with continental options at the buffet. I loved that there was a Jamaican breakfast option prepared to order. Nice rooftop dining was a vibe! Only cons are getting to the parking lot was tricky with the really close corners and tiny spots. And the pool…or lack there of was disappointing. It’s more for esthetics than practical use. Didn’t have a lounging vacation feel. More of a commuter hotel, business travel or 1-2 nights stay. Overall enjoyed my stay! Good location."

"Rooms were very small and for a booking of 4 only 2 mini bottles of water was left out. Beds were small and i had to pay for parking even though i was a guest. "
