"It was a very nice hotel to stay at. The girls at the front desk where 10's very helpful and pleasant. The restaurant staff were great. The only down that I could think of would be the bed was harder than I prefer. The air raid siren was a rude awakening but the staff was very helpful when asked where to go."

"The property appears to be available for booking on Orbitz/Expedia; however, the booking details are not transferred to the property's reception, and the owner claimed they had never registered with Orbitz/Expedia. My booking was confirmed, but when I arrived, they were unable to find my reservation, and no rooms were available for that night. I had to find a place to stay elsewhere in the late afternoon. They should be removed from Orbitz/Expedia."

"The room said King bed - it was a Queen and the bedroom was so small a King would not have fit. The other furniture was massive and had no drawers or cabinets for clothing so that was useless. The site said “Mountain View”, which in any season but winter would be true. There was a huge window wall with two glass doors that sealed so badly that the heavy wind was blowing snow in around the door. "My only complaint about this property says in description they have air conditioning. Well they do not have this they have a fan. Really big room and bathroom and I'm from the states so for European standard it's insanely large. Nice people in the heart of the city. "

"The hotel is almost impossible to find, and Google Maps won’t get you there. You can see it on the hill, but you can’t figurr out how to get to it. It’s off a narrow gravel road that looks almost like a walking path. Lots of construction nearby. Once you find it, the hotel is beautiful. The food was excellent. The spa is small but nicely-appointed. I was disappointed that the pool/jacuzzi area was inside with the saunas, because there were so many kids in the pool and jacuzzi that it was too...

"Terrible. The hotel wasn't confirmed our reservation which we made, we were left without a place where to state. Nobody in the hotel wasn't able to help us or suggest an alternative option. We were with a child. The website Hotels.com wasn't able to resolve this issue. I wouldn't recommend this hotel and website, anybody!"

"Proximity to the ski lifts is this hotel’s benefit. Other than that it is rather mediocre and overpriced property exploiting their location. Breakfast is scarse, staff is nice but poorly trained. Will stay there again if there are no other decent options."
