"We spend a week at Les Tisserands recently. John (host/owner) could not have been more welcoming. From the moment we got there, we felt more like visiting family than as paying guests. Breakfast every morning was simple but a great way to start our daily adventures. John was a font of information on the local area---his suggestions of the D-Day museum and the Chateau at Balleroy were great. He knew so many restaurants that we were spoiled for choice.
