"Stunning, but left feeling very disappointed. We paid €346 for one night (two adults, one teenager and two dogs to stay in the Junior suite, room 309 in the clock tower) Without question, the property is absolutely stunning and in a very peaceful location/landscape. We had driven from Manchester, England at 6 am and after a two hour delay on the Eurotunnel, we finally reached the Château at 1930hrs. On arrival, we will show to our room and tell that there were no bar or food facilities, and...

"Sehr nettes Personal. Die Zimmer waren liebevoll eingerichtet, trotz eines alten Hauses. Hier hat man sich viel Mühe gegeben. Alles sehr sauber. Leider lag das Zimmer direkt an einer Straße mit Kopfsteinpflaster, so dass es sehr laut war. Wenn man das Zimmer zum sehr schönen Hof gehabt hätte, wäre es sicher besser gewesen. Trotzdem ein gutes Hotel, wo man sehr gut übernachten kann."

"Not a very welcoming place. Faced with a significant travel delay I contacted them to advise of potential larrival but latest staff there would be was 10.30. No attempt to suggest a solution, but they could have if they wanted to. Fortunately I arrived in time. Of course I wanted dinner but no attempt to assist in advising where to go. Just a shrug of the shoulders. Just so rude."
