"Everything was fabulous except for the smell of smoke. The areas far away from. Tge casino were great, but I did hate you had to go through the casino to get anywhere and go through the smoke. Room and pool were lovely"

We had a couple encounters with not pleasant staff as well, Robert at the pool bar was quite rude, and the pitboss working the Sunday morning on the front left tables was also extremely rude. The hotel and grounds were beautiful and the restaurants were great."

"The hotel was really nice, however we had people in their early twenties in the room next to us. They played their music really loudly all ours of the night. Stopped at 11 and then they came back at 3am and started playing their music loudly again until about 6am. They hopped on to our deck to take the chairs. We called guest services and they did nothing about it. We were only there for one night before our cruise. If we stayed any longer, we would have asked for a different room."

"The rooms are beautifully renovated and the lobby is beyond gorgeous! Beware when booking because this hotel is located on the busy Collins street. It was not an issue for me as I sleep with earplugs, but if you are a light sleeper this is not for you. The staff is generally friendly. However, we asked for a simple candle for our son birthday and they all looked at us as if we are asking for the moon!"

The only thing was I took 3 kids and they were the only kids there apparently they throw parties all weekend it shuts down at 10pm and honestly wasn’t too loud but definitely a party crowd so wanted to note this for families. "Okay so first things first the property is in prime location in Miami. You can't get better than this because I didn't even need to rent a car I used lyrt and uber for my week stay and was okay. The room was clean and modern and the bedrooms were really nice. Some of the amenities are a bit strange. You also cannot get housekeeping until 3 days back to back of staying which is... odd. Isn't that included in fees? Other than that if you order food there is NO room service. If that changes and...

"Catfish Hotel - online pictures are amazing, looks like they were taken years ago because IRL I barely recognized the hotel from the photos. Location was great. Near the beach and restaurants. We had live larvae on our pillows when we walked in the room. We had about five of them, so we flushed them down the toilet and cleaned up the bed. Thinking it was a one-off.
