An elegant designer hotel with exquisite suites, furniture and views over the Yotei mountain. The biggest bed we have ever slept in, probably 240 cm large. It hosts a Michelin stared sushi restaurant as well. Close to the gondola. We loved everything about the hotel, the staff is amazing, friendly, helpful and polite. They have picked us up from the train station and also arranged a small welcome present for my husband’s birthday. Would come back any time!

Excellent hotel, room and staff

I wanted to take a moment to express my heartfelt gratitude for the exceptional hospitality my family and I received during our recent 5 days 4 nights stay at Hotel Sosei in Sapporo. As frequent travelers, we have had the opportunity to stay at various hotels around the world, but the service and experience we encountered at Hotel Sosei truly stood out. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our every need was met, and their friendly and helpful demeanor made our stay all the more...

Excellent hotel - brand new and directly connected to the underground walkway from Sapporo station. Rooms are a very good size and hotel itself is modern and clean. Only negative is there is no coin laundry available only laundry via the front desk with the cost based on individual items. Staff were excellent in helping with requests. Especially when resolving an issue with forwarding my luggage they contacted me at my next hotel, removed the items that were not allowed for air deliveries and...

Liked the interior design, layout and art installations. The whole complex felt very spacious and new. We also had a good view from our room, and the residence style facilities and supplies were all we could have expected and a little more. Staff were attentive and friendly, with very good English.

Close to the slopes and offer bus to the lifts.

Great design hotel, amazing location

Wonderful property. The only disappoitment was their restaurant which had a few menue items unavailable.

We stayed in a room with a tatami area and an open air bath for three nights. For a special occasion, this hotel is worth the premium! The hotel and the staff were welcoming, and the room was very spacious and clean. The addition of a private open air bath with the room was wonderful, which was a very relaxing experience. The in-room massage chair was an extra special touch. Note you don't really get much of a view of the lake from the rooms. The other stand out feature to mention is the...

Room was great, amazing city view, very clean and modern, with TV and fridge with complimentary coffee. Reception very modern, and staff very welcoming with good English once I had exhausted my limited Japanese skills. Very nice public bath to relax in before bed and also good to have the guest lounge in the evening to enjoy a drink / eat snacks from the nearby convenience store. Great location, 2mins and tour in the underground walkways if it’s raining/cold or 5min overground walk to the...
