子連れに対するサービスが行き届いていてよかったです。 ただ、足を痛めていたので温泉に入るのに本館と別館を長い距離移動するのは辛かったです。あと、プールも歩けない子を抱っこして、階段を沢山降りたり、ロッカールームから長い距離を移動するので大変でした。 朝晩バイキングでしたが、メニューが違って楽しめました。味は飛び抜けて美味しいものはなかったですが、種類は沢山あって、落ち着いて食べることができました。シャトレーゼならではのデザートも充実していました。 2泊3日ぐらいすれば、もっと楽しめたのかもしれません。

年季の入っている物件の印象ですが お部屋綺麗で快適でした。 シャトレーゼのスイーツもいただき 美味しかった。スパも露天風呂とサウナなど 種類豊富でのんびりできました。 帰りのシャトルバスがチェックアウトの11時にも ホテルから出発してくれると良いなと思いました。 ありがとうございました。

大浴場（女性風呂）についてですが、21時半頃に利用させていただきました。まだ閉館時間の23時前にもかかわらず、洗い場の片側がすでに閉鎖されていました。また、22時半頃には、ドライヤールームも使用中にも関わらず閉鎖されてしまいました。 閉館は23時ではないのでしょうか？もしこれがガトーキングダムさんの方針であれば、仕方のないことだと思いますが、少し早すぎるように感じました。 あとは、部屋の床に大きめのビーズ(前回利用者の落とし物？)が落ちており、本当に清掃しているのか？とも思いました。 それ以外は満足です。ご飯も美味しくいただきました。ありがとうございました。
