"What’s a little gem situated in the centre of Worcester The hotel is a lovely.The rooms were clean & up-to-date The bed was comfortable and the bathroom modern and to say it was in the centre of Worcester High Street. We did not hear a peep from the road or pubs.. I would definitely stay there again. "

"Cloe the deputy manager was awesome! We had a medical event & she absolutely owned it! Rang 111 with us, relayed info,organised taxi to ED,showed that extra genuine care by sending us with water and biscuits, made sure the night porter knew we would need access & checked in with us in the morning extending check out without us asking! She did all this with professionalism and respect and led her team to give a seamless friendly & efficient service. Would recommend without hesitation and 5...

"Great place to stay, especially with the dog. Fabulous walking right from the pod door. The pods are great, all clean, the double bed is definitely cosy but their description of the pod on the website is accurate, it is basic but they never profess to be anything else. Barbecue in front of each pod is great, we cooked supper and breakfast on it, for all you carnivores, the butcher in Fownhope is fabulous. If you just need a base to chill out in, this is absolutely perfect."
