"Best staff & Best hotel & near trian station................"

"L’espace piscine n’est accessible que sur rdv avec des créneaux limités au tarif de 15€/personne pour 1heure! Sinon l’hôtel est très agréable."

"At first you are confused by the property being a retirement home in Limoges, but once installed excellent receptionist with a an apartment adequately equipped for any needs. A generous balcony with excellent view across the city. Outstanding value for money. I would look for this company again."

"Très belle établissement très bien entretenu , Personnel très agréable .j’y retournerai à coup sûr si je passe par limoges.Une adresse à garder ."

"We booked a "Superior Room, Balcony and Bath", overlooking the plaza below. The 4th floor room was good, and quiet enough for sleeping. The mattress was not as good as at other Mercure hotels we stayed at in France: it didn't have that extra soft padding layer on top that the others did. Breakfast was good. No evening restaurant though, and room service for dinner consisted of reheated jars of food, not quite what we expected. Do NOT order the room service!! Parking was under the hotel,...

"We arrived very late at night and the communication from the hotel by email was excellent. The provided instruction on how to obtain entry to the room and it worked perfectly. The only small downside us parking. They have very adequate parking, but if you are late in arriving the spaces are very limited and poor parking by other guests made it even more difficult."

"The hotel was very clean in a good area. Parking was easy. The staff were very polite and efficient and the breakfast was excellent."

"Staff was kind and considerate. No WiFi available at the hotel for well over a week. While I am sure that no WiFi is beyond the control of the staff, the corporate management could have sent a message to the hotel customers explaining the issue and the timeframe for getting it back into operation. Kyriad is not a “small” hotel chain."

"We used this hotel for a brief one night stay, after a visit to the devastated village Oradour-sur-Glane. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. One of the reasons we selected this hotel was that the information provided on Expedia says that parking is available. In our experience this did not mean on-site or hotel-managed parking. It meant that we were welcome to find street parking ourselves and pay Limoges for the privilege. This worked fine for us. Guests just need to have...

"Cet hôtel est très bien situé, proche de l'autoroute, en pleine verdure donc tranquille. Une belle terrasse où on peut manger et prendre l'apéro. Les chambres sont confortables et bien entretenues. Le personnel est agréable et très professionnel."

"The hotel was further out than I had expected as listed as a central hotel."
