"Good location, friendly family style staff, clean, quiet. Nice bar and restaurant. Not very much water in the shower. But except that the room was good for the price."

"The apartments are nice but the hotel is located at the junction of two mountain rivers which are very noisy. The internet said that the hotel had 24hr reception but it is only open for limited hours and closed on Tuesdays and Thursdays. The hotel swimming pool was also closed for the first part of our visit. Probably all this was incorporated into the price we paid but the advertising didn't state it."

"The location is great. Carpark was close by and free. But unfortunately they were the only positives. Bed linen and towels were not provided. Despite no mention of this when booking. But most disappointing was the cleanliness."

"This Chalet was a wonderful surprise! Everything about it was great. The room was clean and stocked with very usable kitchen cooking and eating supplies. I liked the apartment feel. My ground floor room was very comfortable. The bathroom was large and clean. They do offer sheets and towels for rent which makes sense and helps keep the price per night down. The room was also stocked with items to keep the room clean. The instructions were easy to follow regarding check-in and check-out and what...

"Wifi was 30 Euros for the week. Bedding + towels + tax 107 Euros. Distance about 200m from the ski lifts and 125m from Supermarket and restaurants. Ample free parking outside. Sauna was hot 90 C and pool had plastic liner (though satisfactory). Always busy after 3pm. Ski passes 195 Euros / 6 days. Room could have been cleaner. Staff don't speak English. Ski lockers too small to store boots. Impressive ski area (2nd visit) but you need good snow to enjoy the most."

"Pour un vieux couple de 88 et 85 ans, notre séjour bien que bref fut une très agréable surprise, tant dans l’accueil chaleureux, que du cadre enchanteur ainsi que du rapport qualité/ prix. "

"Really good located hotel in the middle of Andorra. Big rooms and big toilet, with shower and also bath tub. Pet friendly! Which makes it easy for a family holiday :) Great customer service too! Really helpful "

One night in Andorra

"Really nice hotel right in the middle of town. We had a room with a single bed upstairs for our son. McDonalds is next door if you need some quick food but the hotel has a lovely resraurant and there is also one over the road directly opposite. Parking was a challenge. The hotel carpark is down a steep alleyway and looked very scary to navigate into. The carpark was full so we parked in the shopping centre accross the road. Be warned it is a very steep climb up to each level and the exit has an extreme angle downwards down a very narrow cobbled street with an extreme bend on a camber. My nerves were in tatters when we got to the bottom. Obviously this is not the hotels fault but is worth knowing if you are planning to drive especially with a low or a long car."
