"I’ve booked two standard for a trip in April 26. On arrival, we were given a family room and informed that that was the last room they had available. Entry into the room electrics in did not work it was cold with one bed settee prepared and a double bed. Upon complaint and insistence that our original booking was two standard. And given our health condition that’s the reason we chose the option after a healthy discussion and pointing out our health needs. An indicating that “Grand” should...

"Very friendly staff especially Karan at reception"

"We stayed in the Windsor suite with the jacuzzi outside and had a lovely stay. The staff were very polite and informative. The hotel is very scenic and has a view of the lake. The suite was very spacious and was very well equipped. The restaurant on site offered a wide variety of food to a very good standard. We would have loved to have stayed longer and will definitely stay again."

"Clean room, friendly and accommodating staff. Close to shopping."

"Staff all very helpful. Good breakfast lots of choices. EV charger played up this was a little bit stressful but it was resolved with a few phone calls. not the hotels fault."

"We initially booked 3 rooms which were advertised to have sofa beds, in every other hotel we have stayed at there are extra duvet and pillows inside the wardrobe however this was not the case. When we went to request the extra duvet and pillows the receptionist was rude and told us we should’ve requested these ahead of time. You would think we’re were asking for something obscure and not a duvet and pillow at a hotel with his reaction. Eventually my sister explained we were here for her wedding...

"The staff were lovely particularly the receptionist and the room was adequately clean. The only issue was the location which was a nightmare to get to because of the busy traffic however there were no other issues. The only reason I wouldn't stay again is for the traffic on an evening but other than that it was a lovely stay thank you"

"Fab location and room gorgeous, clean, tidy, easy to locate room, Parking a blessing."

"Property is very tired. Spa especially so. Needs updated and decorated. Comfortable enough but basic"

"Handy place for travel"

"Wonderful relaxing stay. Always looked after very well. Delicious food."

"Bit of a gamble as we’d never been before but was booked as a last minute weekend away without breaking the bank. Excellent communication post booking and a very warm welcome upon arrival from Julia on reception. Room was clean, bed extremely comfortable and a decent selection of emergency toiletries. Good parking. Relaxed breakfast with a variety of tasty choices. Would definitely stay again if in this area."

"Good location for the city centre shops, bars food outlets with 20 minutes walk to railway station. No breakfast. Bedroom décor functional, bed comfortable but a surprisingly modern bathroom with good shower. Reception on 3rd floor but lift out of order. Access to rooms/reception via stairs from a door separate from hotel entrance. No electronic security at the door so anyone could enter the hotel and potentially access bedroom on floors 1 and 2 at any time. Check before booking especially if a...
