"If you’re staying in Bratislava and want easy access to the Old Town and a vast number of cafés and restaurants then this is the perfect apartment. Unfortunately there were many items that were not cleaned in the property and this was not pleasant. There were no batteries in the tv remote and after buying and replacing them the tv was found to be faulty. A replacement tv arrived 3 days later. The property is advertised as being air-conditioned but this turns out to be a mobile...

"I had paid extra for late checkout but the cleaning lady still walked into my room while I was partially undressed. I emailed the apartment and they gave me an extra hour to checkout and the cleaning lady STILL came back in 30 minutes. They didn’t knock they just opened the door. When I told the apartment they said that they asked her and she didn’t walk in the second time. Which is a flat out lie. The exterior of the property is horrible too and the pictures make it look way nicer."

"Over all it is a nice place, but not quiet enough. Not only the trains noise but also the appartment door has a glass and the light gets in each time one of the residents get to the hall way which woke me up frequently. Also no sound proof on windows or walls. But it is very well equipped and very modern and clean "

"The Botel was a fun place to stay during our friends European backpacking trip. There were three of us staying and the only issue we ran into was losing hot water in the shower pretty quickly and it takes quite a while for it to build back up. Other than that everything was great!"

"The place by itself is nice and the apartments seem pretty new and in good shape overall. But: Not having a 24/7 reception or welcome room in any kind is not good enough. To get the key is nothing but a hassle, and if you do it wrong, you have lost your option. It is all in Slovak, so it's difficult. I even had my driver from Slovakia trying to do it since I struggled to read it, and he failed twice. I would give the apartements 4 and the key solution 1. And the lack of people there 24/7 2...
