The staff throughout the hotel were courteous, warm, and extremely efficient, making us feel genuinely welcome. The food was outstanding as well, with excellent quality and flavor. The combination of beautiful surroundings, exceptional service, and great food made our stay truly enjoyable. We would definitely stay at the Trident Gurgaon again and highly recommend it."

"The breakfast and dinner is a must. Great chefs and everything is fresh. Everyone smiles and made me feel special. They ordered transfer to the airport at a decent price. From reception desk to the kitchen, all workers are very welcoming and helpful."

"WiFi was bad and does not work"

"料理の旨さは最高でした。改善点はシャワーお湯がもう少し熱ければ良かった。シャワートイレのジャバラホースの一部が破損していて水漏れがあったこと。それ以外は文句なし。"
