"I am extremely disappointment regarding my recent stay. I originally booked a Suite for my family of four. However, upon arrival, I was placed in a one-bedroom suite that lacked a door for the shower section, providing no privacy.
My room category was downgraded without my knowledge or consent. Despite this, the hotel has maintained its non-refundable policy and kept my entire payment. This is especially frustrating as I was assured by the manager that I would receive a refund for the...

"We loved staying at Mt Cinnamon Beach Resort! From the beautiful view from our villa, to the delicious daily breakfast, yummy beverages and meals, to the gorgeous beach and most importantly, the friendliness & helpfulness of the staff. Our stay was relaxing and I can’t say enough good things. We will definitely visit again!"

"The hotel was terrific once you were inside the property, It is very beautiful and the pictures are accurate. I also had an amazing massage at the spa. However, the neighboring area of the hotel was very busy and loud. I often heard sirens during the stay. My only complaints about the hotel were that the food was just okay and housekeeping did not normally show until 4-5pm each day. The dining could really use an upgrade.
