"First off I thought hotel owners would check boat times mine came in 90 mins late then baggage took 49 mins then 30 mins waiting for a taxi I got to the b&b at 1.20am the owner complained as I had to knock her up why didn’t they just email me the door code before hand and maybe leave a key in an envelope at reception like lots of other b&bs normally do. There was no kettle in the room which is not ideal when you can’t make a hot drink when you want the room was cold they switched heaters off. I...

"What was unique about the property was that they did not have our reservations from Expedia. So we got there at 10 o’clock at night, they had no reservation for us, no space for us to stay because they were full, so there was a massive miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel. This Left us looking for another place… After 10 o’clock at night!"

"A very nice quiet hotel located right of the promenade , villa marina and near many good places to eat and shop within walking distance. Excellent staff provides quiet, friendly service. Room was very comfortable , quiet and everything worked well and was well maintained. It’s a great choice in Douglas. Restaurant had very good food too."
