"This Hotel is classic and part of the Hot Springs National Park history. I enjoyed staying there. Very walkable to the main row of Bath houses as well as across the street from the factual Hot Springs Pool. I walked to the top of the hill and the look out tower from there (about 1.5 miles up). It has 2 pools going up the hill behind it as well as a large hot tube. It was cool to hang out there. The rooms are dated. Historic, not fancy. But large. Service was hit or miss. 2 employees I dealt with seemed bored/annoyed to have to serve us (front desk & restaurant). 2 were Super friendly and helpful (Valet and Bartender). I would stay there again regardless. Free Spring Water tap in the lobby."

"Very nice property directly on the river. Easy check in and friendly staff. The room was very well decorated and had many amenities to cook you own food. Even had a grill. The location is close to restaurants. Definitely would stay again. "

"I saw that the breakfast was rated the best & I guess I just had high hopes. It wasn’t bad, but it was just kind of underwhelming. The saddest part was no bacon…. other than that it was an amazing stay. "

"The staff were very nice and the main areas were clean. Our room could have been cleaner as there was dust on the furnishings and under the desk. The refrigerator would tilt when opened. "
