"This space provided such a beautiful, serene experience. Could not have asked for anything more. They had everything we needed from fire starter to bottled water. There are so many delicate touches that made the space that much more comfortable. The bed was incredibly cozy, the heated floors were a dream and the outdoor space was perfect. Beyond grateful for this weekend full of relaxation and peace."

"Service was outstanding! This is a real gem of a hotel. Thank you to Andrew, who never sleeps."

"More earwigs than I typically like in my room. Needed a new mattress. Very damp. Breakfast was bad. And there was quite a bit of beard hair around the sink. The staff was nice enough."

"I location was great, right on the main strip. However, the accommodations are very basic, similar to a hostile, not a hotel. Clean but bed was very uncomfortable. I’d only recommend if it were the last place in town and if the price were more like $50/night."

"Staff is very friendly. We booked a queen bed room and was initially given a two bedroom room due to a mix up. We unlocked room and before we could do anything else they came to us apologizing about the mix up. They then gave us a king bedroom and only charged us for a double bedroom. All of this without us saying a word! We will definitely be booking with them everytime we pass through, which happens often. Rooms and amenities are nice, clean, comfy and plentiful."

"Amazing"

"This place was CLOSED DOWN when we got there and we received no notification that it was no longer in business. So it was NOT FUN trying to find a place to stay at 11pm at night"

"This is an absolutely charming cottage within walking distance to Mercersburg Academy. It is cozy, clean, and well-appointed. You feel like you are in the Cotswolds!"

"Rooms are filthy, strong unbearable smell. I saw bugs, cockroaches were running on the bed when I turned the lights on. I had to cancel the the rooms ( I booked two rooms) because of it."

"Nice place to stay. Very close to the state park. Bathroom is downstairs, not by the bedrooms. Lots of insects on the bottom floor."

"Booked a room with 2 queen beds and was given 2 full sized beds instead. Was too tired to exchange room. Sleep quality was compromised due to mix up."

"Great stay!"

"Light switches were dirty. Two sets of lights did not work. Walls in hallway were dirty. Never would have chosen this place but the reviews did not indicate the reality."
