"This is an awesome place. Room was roomie and clean. Staff was very nice . There are several pools along with being right on the beach. There are several restaurants with very good food, portions were also good. Short drive to do some sight seeing or just stay at resort, there are plenty of things to do. "

I’ve booked it early, so there would be no issues with the room. I call them about my reservation and they seem very nice over the phone. Tell me yes I have my room available. "Our room was flooded upon arrival. Maintenance came and cleaned it up and fixed the dish washer that was leaking. Later that night, we were taking a shower when our downstairs neighbor came banging on our door asking if we were using the shower. We said yes and he informed us that his room was flooding and water was coming from the ceiling. We immediately stopped showering and couldn't wash the rest of our stay. We tried to go get help at the front desk to potentially move rooms but nobody was...

"Thought that it was a beach facing room but was not. Place is a time share property and not a real hotel Staff made me feel like i was an annoyance. Overall disappointing experience. Nice beach though. "

"Very nice hotel. It was clean and accommodating. Check in was supposed to be 4 but by 4 our room wasn’t ready so that wasn’t great but the staff was very nice and kept assuring us. Nice breakfast buffet. Would have liked to see some healthier options though. We’d absolutely stay here again. "

"Room smelled like food, floor was not that clean, bathroom looked like it was half way cleaned, and the beds are hard. Other that, everything else was fine. "

"Good stay, clean room, cold AC, and a good Hot shower. Good price and had everything we needed, they had breakfast but we didn’t get any just cause we were on our way out. Definitely recommend."

"Stayed for 12nights and just about everyday we had to inform the front desk that house keeping never came . We left our room every morning and came back around 5 pm to unmade beds , no trash emptied and no clean towels with the dirty towels left behind . The front desk then gave us clean towels to use . The daily breakfast was the same for the 12 days we were there with no exceptions . Would not recommend this place to anyone and certainly will not patronize this place again . "
