"I greatly appreciate the wonderful staff at this resort! Prior to the trip I called to confirm an oceanfront room and was told that this could not occur until the day of check-in. This was disappointing considering that the online pictures showed an ocean view. I was also informed that the ramp leading to the beach was not available and parking was limited, both due to damage from Hurricane Milton. Attempted to cancel the reservation but was told I would be charged regardless, so we continued...
