"Una migliore pulizia delle parti comuni (corridoi e androne fuori ascensore) non farebbe male"

"Breakfast staff so friendly - despite it being 0500"

"Very nice hotel"

"Bed was comfy, there was a loud buzzing sound intermittently in my room all night that kept waking me up. Sounded like the water pipes were rattling. Also, I went to reception to ask for a band aid and they couldn’t help me with a basic first aid request."

"Easy to find and park at the hotel - clean room and staff were helpful. Breakfast was decent too. There was an iron and board in the room and WiFi was good enough for teams calls."

"It was fine for a night staying over before going to the airport early in the morning. It’s nothing special but seemed to be clean enough and bed was comfy etc. We walked over to the services to get dinner but I think there is food available at the hotel. There was quite an unpleasant smell in the corridors but otherwise it was fine."

"Room was clean but whole floor smelt of cigarette smoke. It’s a shame because the rooms are letting down the hotel as the rest of the hotel is very nice and it could be a top spot to visit. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the grounds were stunning! Food was also great but more on the expensive side. I had the burger on the menu (£18) it did come with chips and was tasty! Good place to stay if you want a short stay but it could do with some TLC"

"It was a great experience"

"Very friendly staff"

"Welcoming staff. Lovely room. Can’t fault. Slightly tired in places but overall very nice. Would return."
