"The room was standard, nothing special. When we entered there was a big wet spot in the middle of the floor. There was hair in the drain. The sheets didnt really fit the bed. And there was a nasty spot on the linens under. The staff was so kind!! Super friendly and helpful. They definitely made the stay memorable."

"Such a beautiful well-appointed historic hotel! Our meal was wonderful and we enjoyed the live music! All the staff was so friendly and kind."

"the first room, floor 300 was a mess and was dirty, they then moved me to the 5th floor to a cleaner room but management should have figured out how NOT to have guested stay on the same area as construction and room renovations that where going on. loud and a mess. wont being staying anytime soon"

"Booked the stay for my husband while he was traveling for work. Booked through Expedia, upon check-in was told that payment didn’t go through. However, payment was taken on my credit card so upfront we had to pay out-of-pocket again. Still didn’t get our money back, hotel is refusing to work with Expedia. I don’t think I’ll be getting my refund anytime soon."

"You pay for what you get take that in when booking…"

"Wonderful location and very clean, felt new, property. Room was very small but we knew that going in. Unfortunately the rooftop bar closed early but the staff did let us hang around for a little while as they closed up. During the spooky season you cannot drive up to the hotel as the street is blocked off. You have to bring your luggage from parking at least a couple blocks away along the cobblestone type bumpy brick road. Not a big deal but worth noting. Rolling luggage doesn’t take that...

"Dirty and nasty checked in and checked out once I saw the room"

"This was a great location for us to stay during our travels."
