"Our bedroom was very tired in appearance The breakfast room was too small and was overwhelmed at the busiest time to the point where food and crockery run out. there were too few staff and very disorganised little skills noted in the bakery as most of the patisserie was bought in. Overall is=t was extremely poor for a Relais . "

"My husband and I booked this hotel to be able to relax and enjoy some champagne sipping for a few days before we went back to the States. So glad we did. This was a perfect hotel to relax and unwind. It is within walking distance to all the Champagne Houses, the best bakery is on the next block, great restaurants and best of all the train station. The staff were warm and friendly and spoke excellent English. The room was cozy and the bed was nice. We hope to make it back at some point."

"We used this hotel as a stop off. It’s basic and rooms are small but it’s a lovely little place. Breakfast was fantastic with a great selection of items. Room was clean and bed was really comfortable. Situated just off the Avenue de Champagne which was lovely for a little stroll and to sample the offerings."

"This is a gem of a property, the staff are so welcoming and the accommodation is very well appointed with just 5 rooms, we stayed in Chambre No.1 which was massive it covers the first 4 windows on the first floor with 2 rooms [bedroom & sitting room] please a good bathroom with a big walk-in shower. Even though the accommodation and our room is right on front, Av. De Champagne at night there was no road traffic so we had no issues with having windows open during the night [there is AC as well...
