"I am almost 50 years old and have not had stayed in a place as dirty and in such horrible conditions since I was in my early 20's and couldn't afford anything else. The room was filthy, the floors were sticky, the bathtub and toilets were horrible, we actually wore flip flops in the shower it was so bad. Lights didn't work, lampshades were broken, the TV didn't work and the locks were barely functional, We were in town for a softball tournament, had we not checked in so late (11:30pm) and didn't...

"I enjoyed my stay with family, we traveled to Dallas/Red Oak area for a wedding at The Hampton’s Event Venue. The staff was courteous and very helpful. Breakfast was stocked, eating area was clean and they have 2 waffle makers which makes it easier not having to wait in a long line for 2 minute waffles. Parking was a breeze but beware of the construction! Will return soon…definitely recommend!"

"La habitación tenía un olor raro y no nos hicieron limpieza de la misma"

"Clean Property and looks fairly new."

"The room I stayed in was very nice, and the lady at the front counter was very helpful"

"NA"

"We stayed there 15 years ago and it was a lovely experience but most if the fun things have been eliminated (i.e. zip line, barn dances, food). It's pretty isolated with no food available at the location but a real good cafe in Grandview (R&K) for meals. Hayliegh the office person was very helpful."

"It was a little older than I thought it would be, but the personal and staff were helpful, and courteous."
