"The staff was great and the hotel is convenient to the train; just a few minutes from the airport and a few more to downtown Copenhagen. The room is about as small as they get, but the bed was cozy and it was quiet. The shower is a bit weird and gets water all over the bath floor even with the curtain drawn, but the water was hot and there were extra towels to wipe up. That level of service continued throughout our stay, at all times the staff were friendly, helpful, and immediately resolved those little issues that inevitably crop up.
