"Ein tolles Hotel mitten in der Natur! Der Service war einfach klasse. Das Team kümmerte sich hervorragend, war super hilfsbereit und erfüllte uns jeden Wunsch! "My family and I had a fantastic time staying at the Weir House. Our only regret was that we could only stay one. From the patio of the house, we could hear the rapids of the river and surrounded by verdant forest. Staying here truly was a highlight of our Sri Lanka trip. Mr. Maha, the manager was so very helpful, including assisting us to book a hotel in Kandi when it turned out that the place we originally booked was a huge disappointment. "Firstly, I booked this on Hotels.com and paid 'up front'. We arrived at the hotel and found out they do NOT work with Hotels/Expedia. They had no booking, not would honor what I had paid. They did have two rooms and we paid for them. Then we found out it was a 'love motel' and pay-by-the-hour for hookups. This property should be removed from selection on Hotels.com. Damn!"
