"Up until recent, I hadn’t stayed at this place since 2013. This place is nothing like it used to be. They used to be a bar on another floor where they would have a meet and greet for every new guest along with the customary free cookies and milk. All of those amenities are gone the room was not kept up the par. It was worn down but clean. Bathroom was the best room in the house and it was a 6 1/2 or 7 at best. for the amount I paid to stay here totally not worth it."

"The Courtyard Marriott Dallas Downtown/Reunion District is in a great location. You can see Reunion Tower from the rooftop and even from some of the rooms, which was a nice bonus. The hotel itself was very clean, and Macrina at the lobby bar was especially friendly and welcoming. The hotel is within walking distance to many attractions, restaurants, and more. The Union Station Dallas is literally across the street, making it extremely convenient for getting around. My only complaint was...

"This property is gorgeous and had several great restaurants and bars onsite. We ate at the Riverwalk Cantina several times for lunch (buffet that was amazing) and dinner (full service). The servers and chefs were kind and friendly. My only reason for 4 instead of 5 stars was the pool. For a resort this large and expensive, the outdoor pool seemed to be an afterthought. It was very small and crowded, with no seating available by 12PM. People were strewn about laying on the concrete pooldeck,...

"The staff were super nice but there was not breakfast like we were told there was. The handicap shower flooded and got water everywhere! The people above were super loud and I notified front desk and was told they would switch us rooms and it never happened! "

"Different than the typical hotel experience. More like an airbnb. Gorgeous and homey. Very clean. Modern looks. Took me a sec to get used to 3 elevator rides from parking deck to the room (50th floor) but not bad. Front desk security people were friendly and helpful. The room had absolutely everything I needed…down to laundry pods and pots and pans with a dishwasher. My only issue with the rental was the noise. The walls are terribly thin! Literally hearing every word sometimes from neighbors....

"I have visited twice, my family and I love it here! We stayed during Spring Break and the staff was great. Had breakfast at the Media, enjoyed the pool all weekend. There was some confusion on the pool hours, at check in we were told the pool closes at 7pm, bar staff said 8pm. It was learned that the lazy river and kiddie section close at 7pm, the heated pool lounge area stay open till 10pm. Will definitely be returning. 10/10 recommend, family oriented, clean and great staff."

"This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I booked this hotel months in advance, but when I arrived, I was told the hotel was full and had to wait in the lobby for over an hour. After about 1.5 hours, they finally gave me a room — but when I went inside, it was already occupied by two other guests. This was extremely embarrassing and a serious safety and privacy issue. "Very clean and the color coordination are wonderful "

"Overall, the building is quite old. It’s clean but shows signs of use over time. Not giving it 5 stars because they did not perform room service one of the days and when we went to the front desk, they stated that you have to request it in advance and it’s not done automatically which is not true at all (they later confirmed that the room service was in fact supposed to be done unless explicitly stated not to as with a do not disturb sign)."
