"This is the perfect located hotel! The staff could not have been more helpful and responsive prior to us arriving, during our stay and when we were leaving. They had someone waiting at the airport with a sign on our names, when we arrived before our room was read they held our bags while we went out, and had our room ready for early check in (11 AM). "Beautiful views and well situated on top of a hill. It was very cold. Radiators are only on 6pm to 6am. Heating was inconsistent on second floor - stayed in apartment and suite and requested heat turned on numerous times.
