"Very nice, updated Hotel in a fantastic location."

"This was my 3rd stay at The City Hotel. It has always been perfect for location, staff and food. Unfortunately this time it was undergoing renovations and the place is a little dishevelled and dusty. But will return in the future when the work has been completed."

"The room was great. Great shower. And there was a bar attached to the hotel where there was live music so that was appreciated. The downside is the hotel was in the middle of a strip mall which was not obvious in the photos. The river was nowhere in sight as it was across the road from the strip mall and so our view was the parking lot and corporate stores. "My daughter and I loved this hotel. The room was beautiful. We had an issue with the sink not draining but once mentioned to staff it was fixed quickly. The breakfast was very nice and worth the price. Perfectly situated for walking around the city. Strongly recommend staying here."

"Lovely hotel in a regenerated area of the city. Good facilities. Only things that need improvement are staff customer service- waiters and waitresses are either young and clearly doing summer jobs or older staff where English is not their first language and I found either things asked for did not show up or staff didn’t understand. Also an electric charger for EV/ hybrid vehicles would be welcome."

"Recently refurbished and looking great. The reception staff on check were very professional and helpful. The room was in excellent condition and very clean. The bar/restaurant was very busy on Sunday early evening and was a bit confusing as to how to order food. When it came the food was fresh, tasty and well prepared. The breakfast was a bit odd, eaten in the restaurant and had to wait quite a few minutes before a member of staff arrived to book us in. However, the buffet was in an adjoining...

"The rooms where very nice, I would be careful if you don't do stairs. There are plenty, even in the bathroom. We did enjoy the complimentary breakfast and dinner. The town did not have a lot of dinner options. Very close to Nothern Ireland attractions."

"The shower head is fixed to wall above shower screen doors,so when you take a shower the head of shower was spraying everywhere which I didn’t realise it was wetting my clothes that I was putting on and wash bag.this was room 105 I told them this but poor apology. I bet this will not be fixed "
