"we where offered another room, both drains where 90% blocked, very helpfull and cleaned filter of shower, worked good, put strong products in both pipes or drains, worked OK the next day...we where eating twice, thursday in the bar, with dogs running around...NOT in a place where you eat...sorry...saturday in the resto, but for the second time rock hard brocolli on my plate...but repeat, breakfast staff, reception staff very helpfull and very nice people....good stay but for a dogfriendly...

"Great amenities.loved the driving range hours"

"Didn't get a view"

"Easy to find, about 2 miles out of the town. Lots of free parking. We enjoyed the eggs Benedict on the breakfast menu."

"Good breakfast. The room was okay, limited towels and no conditioner or body lotion."

"At best the photos are misleading. The chairs in the photo were not there. The cooking utensils were one very small saucepan. The cups were dirty. There were no towels, tea towels or toilet rolls or plug for the kitchen sink. Central heating was an infrared heater on the wall. The sink in the bathroom was rusty and discoloured the water. The whole room was grubby. The WiFi and tv did not work. Several people tried and failed to get it working. The outside area was run down with broken equipment...

"Quality of facilities, staff attentiveness and good attitude. Loves the fridge being restocked each day for free. The hot tubs, pools and cabanas were brilliant. Breakfast in the river room."

"Staff were welcoming and friendly"

"Lovely staff and great location. Breakfast was very good."

"This was one of our favorite stays in Ireland! We loved the room with the balcony and the area. Very walkable!"

"ทำเลดี อยู่กลางเมือง อาหารเช้าดี ใกล้ที่จอดรถสาธารณะ"

"Very clean. The spa was great. Close to downtown."

"Very helpful staff on reception"

"Friendly staff, comfortable bed, excellent location. Pretty hotel front Shame about the other decapitated hotels on the row the whole street could be stunning."

"Good spot, nice bed. Just don't go on Saturday night because the bar is a club in the late hours and the bass can be heard in the room. I'd stay any other night of the week. p.s. not sure if they do the club fridays too"

"One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! What a gem in Portrush!!"
