"Amazing hotel with exceptional staff, the service was brilliant. Food at breakfast and in the restaurant was very good. Room was large and had all the facilities you’d need. It is a city centre hotel on the corner of busy roads, so there can be some noise at night (only noticed it on one of our nights). Benefit of location is that you are within walking distance of City Hall, St George’s Market and we did walk back from Titanic Museum (40 mins). So definitely positives outweigh any negatives."

"Fantastic staff especially one girl on reception who went above and beyond Would 100% recommend this hotel Fab breakfast and bar area"

"Lovely central hotel. Great room and nice to have a bath in the bathroom. Breakfast room lovely but the cooked breakfast items were only warm- so it was not a hot breakfast which was disappointing. Second morning I just had cereal. But overall great trip and would recommend hotel !"

"The hotel was beautiful, room was so big and well designed, had dinner in the hotel and it was lovely customer service was excellent would definitely recommend staying there as it was so close to the airport and city centre thank you!"

"Close to the main train/bus station of Belfast. New budget hotel. It’s good for a quick trip and stay as the room is tiny and barely any room to move around the bed or open your suitcase. The bathroom is tinted glass, so plan to share with someone you’re comfortable with. You will be charged to store your luggage before check in (£5 per room) even if your room is ready. 🙄"

"Good location . Breakfast has plenty options. Friendly staff and evening food menu good"

"Helpful staff to change rooms"

"Beautiful hotel, but it should be it brand new, staff were amazing thank you"

"Hotel staff were lovely and helpful, we had a lovely meal in the river room which was turkey and ham so delicious. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice. Our room was excellent a standard twin with two big double beds, the room was super clean. The fridge was great to keep drinks cool. The staff work so hard and are a credit to the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. The reception was a lovely smell when you arrive. The only thing which was disappointing was the horrendous smell in the ladies...
