"I often stay at the Sheraton Escazú because it is very convenient for my business meetings in the area. The location works very well for me.
One of the main positives is the value. The price is quite reasonable compared to other hotels nearby. The rooms are also spacious, the bed is comfortable, and overall it works well for a business trip where you need a reliable place to sleep and work.
What could improve are some of the common areas. The hallways could be a bit cleaner, and the lobby...

"This resort is an older resort but the quality of care they give is unmatched . The friendly kind staff go beyond their way to make your stay as comfortable as possible.The food was fresh well season and good . If you’re coming from America the flavor of the food will just explode in your mouth with flavor . Definitely would go back if a chance presented it self the sun rise and sun set is truly beautiful. It was a much needed trip . "

"The location was FANTASTIC. Right on the beach, felt safe and it was quiet. Our room was right in front of the pools which was super convenient and then we had a 30 second walk right to the beach. Everything from food, shopping, coffee and laundry were all within 5-10 minutes walking distance. A great hotel if you’re looking for a clean stay and convenient travel around Jaco Beach "

"This place was closed for business when myself and another guest arrived to check-in. We had non-refundable bookings. I do not know why they advertised rooms on Expedia if they are closed. And why should I have to go through so much hassle with Expedia for my refund when I could not even check-in? Overall bad experience I hope to never repeat."
