"Hotels.com took booking. 2 days later The Accommodation rang me direct to advise they were closing the weekend I was due to stay.
Contacted Hotels.com and after several connection issues with an out of UK contact centre was unable to find alternative. Bit hacked off as was advised my refund would take 7-10 days to process. Should have been immediate if out of my control. Found another booking privately. Hotels.com still asking me how my stay was!!!"
