"We had a lovely stay at China Fleet Club. The staff were professional, friendly, and always happy to help. Our room was clean, comfortable, and well presented. Unfortunately, we had no hot water when we arrived, but after reporting the issue it was fixed within about an hour, which we appreciated. I also had a massage during our stay, and Emma was wonderful – very professional and made the experience incredibly relaxing. Overall, a very enjoyable stay and we would happily return."

"Location location location. It is right in St Ives on the beach. Work out facilities were dated. Loud music playing with no consideration for guests working out. The restaurant is not a destination. Many other better options in the area. A watch out. If traveling with lots of luggage get ready for a strenuous pilgrimage from the train to the hotel up a winding path with stairs."

"I truly enjoyed my stay here, the ammenities were well kept and clean, the staff were very attentive and friendly, the spa facilities were great, the food was delicious and of course the views were breathtaking."

"The property was terrific. The redesign of the Jail into a luxurious hotel was fabulous.
The service of dinner in the bar area was very good. The only complaint I have was that the young women at the front desk on our arrival took pride in being unhelpful. When we asked her where the entrance of the walking trail was she told us that she did not have a clue because she never walks and had never heard of a walking. "Attentive staff, friendly and caring.
Nice and comfy deluxe double room with harbor view. Good breakfast and lovely dinner experience. Would recommend Greenbank hotel for extended stay!"
