"ใกล้ชิดสนามบินเดิน5นาทีถึงห้องใหญ่สะดวกสบายสะอาดดี"

"Room clean and new"

"En términos generales el hotel es muy buena, buena ubicación, buen desayuno buffet, buen servicio. El problema que yo he tenido es que he cenado en el hotel y la comida me ha dado una intoxicación alimentaria (algo simple como pollo, vegetales, pure de papa). Yo no recomendaría comer en el hotel, adicional también pierden las comandas, así que toca estar muy pendiente de que si te preparen la comida, tienen un problema de comunicación en ese aspecto."

"Customer service was amazing. Very helpful. First time visitor to Santiago, one of their staff help me navigate to the proper driving access and parking. I thought I would be spending the night in my car, but they were very helpful to figure out where the hotel was located in the confusing tunnel system and central park that Santiago has. Upon check-in, they took care of everything and offered me a hot tea. I was so grateful for their service."

"Excellent experience. Clean and well maintained. Polite and helpful staff."

"Eu amei tudo. Hotel limpo, aconchegante, moderno. Café da manhã MARAVILHOSO! Amei cada detalhe. Voltaria sempre!!!"

"My room had a very bad, musty smell. I told the lady receptionist I’d like a different room. She told me they were booked and I would have to request for it again the next day. So the next day came. My toilet did not flush. Again, I requested for another room. I told another receptionist about my ordeal. She said she would have maintenance look at the room and fixed what needed to be fix before they would even consider my request for a different room. Mind you, I did not even bring up the fact I...

"Loved it. Would definitely stay there again ! Staff is awesome."

"L’hôtel au complet et les services offerts ! C’est vraiment superbe"

"The hotel was very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was amazing near the Costanera Center, highly recommended for anyone planning a trip to Santiago. Would definitely go back :)"

"Very nice hotel with very attentive and courteous staff. The location was excellent close to restaurants and main attractions and with a beautiful park at the front. Rooms were small but comfortable beds."

"Bed comfort is key and I loved the bed, it was perfect and after a long day of travel and then excursions that is a key for me. The size of the room was lovely, it was clean and quiet and I loved the pool view, the restaurant looked great but I did not have a chance to eat there but one morning before my excursion they were helpful for a quick bite. The convenience of the location in proximity to St. Lucia Hill was excellent and one of my fav walks I took while there. Great property overall."

"Best stay"

"Overall, it was good. But I really didn’t see the cost-value correlation reflected in the room. Staff was great tho"

"+ leuk hotel, goede locatie. - zeer klein en ijskoud zwembad - art deco valt wat tegen - raar: bij entree moet telkens een personeelslid naar de voordeur lopen. - airco maakt herrie. Raam open zetten geeft nog meer herrie"
