"Das Hotel ist in einem älteren Gebäude untergebracht aber modern renoviert. Freundliches Personal an der Rezeption, gute Erklärung wie man mit dem Auto zur Tiefgarage kommt. Es gibt einen Sondertarif. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral und nur wenige Minuten zur Kathedrale entfernt. Wir hatten ein sehr grosses und sauberes Zimmer mit bequemen Bett und ebenfalls eine großes Badezimmer. Die Klimaanlage war hervorragend . Zum Frühstück können wir nichts sagen, da wir es nicht genutzt haben. Wir kommen...

Parking during check-in was a bit difficult because there wasn’t an easy place to stop the car to register. Customer service could use some improvement. Some of the morning staff were very friendly and helpful, but the night staff seemed less informed, which made parts of the stay a bit frustrating. Overall, the location was excellent, and the room was comfortable."
