"Nicely located for slope access. The pool was very cold and quite small, the spa is NOT included and has to be booked days in advance for a specified time as it’s only open in the evenings, this has to be done by phone with the external provider which wasn’t very smooth. Room was fine and had everything we needed. Room had two bathrooms but only 1 toilet which was a bit inconvenient."

"Great find for our stay! Fantastic ski in ski out location. However the only reason we may not choose to come back is the ski shop is closed between 12 and 3. We found this very inconvenient. Even when we turned up at 11.40 they had locked up early. It’s not a boot room with lockers and is very basic, but serves its purpose. Otherwise perfect location for all amenities."

They were not very informative and from the second day onwards their reception would shut down at 6 pm and we had to use a very weird entry to the hotel. "Unfortunately our stay wasn’t the best. The room we were put in was so noisy. Whatever was above us, all we could hear was something (maybe chairs) scraping along the floor. This went on morning, noon and night. Carpets in room were disgusting. Most staff were really nice and friendly except one woman on reception who was extremely rude. "Location is perfect - ski in ski out, steps to everything in the village. Our room was a littel small but then again, we booked the cheapest room in the hotel. I'm sure there are upgrades available for a little more $$. Great terrace/restaurant overlooking the mountain. Room for improvement on the bathroom size and tv with screen mirrorinng option would be nice if you don't speak french well enough to follow French tv.
