"The person at the check in counter was very helpful. The rest of the staff was unhelpful, rude, and at one point one of the women servers bumped into my disabled friend almost knocking him over. "Check in was very confusing they should just say, Go to Burg hotel check-in office because in the end that's where we went and the lady there was excellent and got us checked in . I would say that the instructions were more complicated than they needed to be ."
