"Great staff, clean hotel. Nice location."

"Expedia booked but did not communicated the reservation to Hyatt. I arrived and found out I did not have reservations. Management was helpful and provided a room at the Expedia rate."

"The couch in my room was said to have had a coffee stain but it clearly look like fecal matter coffee doesn’t stain like that in a straight line and there was white spots who knows what that was from. The breakfast the eggs and the sausage were cold not lukewarm. The worker kept the area clean and was very nice and polite only three hot items available. I got a suite because I stayed for five nights and I was expecting to be more comfortable with a separate area and couch but I was grossed out...

"Clean room, friendly staff"

"Everything was extremely clean. Breakfast was not a hot breakfast but still had a nice variety of foods."
