"Amazing last-minute staycation at The Mayfair! The building itself has such an old-world charm which gives a cozy feel the minute you enter from the hustle and bustle of Hindley Street. Hennessey rooftop bar was a great way to start the afternoon before our function with a few beers plus cheese and meats platter. It's close proximity to The Convention Centre where our function was made it an easy walk. The room itself was so clean with a beautiful bathroom and the softest, comfiest bed! The breakfast at Mayflower was worth the add on. Overall, would happily stay again and recommend."

"Room was clean and tidy room attendants were very nice. The Breakfast was over priced $32ea even for Coffee and Toast, we tried to eat in for dinner and the Scotch fillet we both ordered was over cooked asking Medium and a Medium Well done, to very well done. Overall a nice place."
