"Great location for airport with shuttle service. Italian restaurant onsite fantastic as was spa facilities. I didn’t think breakfast was value for money unless you like large portions of lukewarm sausages etc. staff excellent and helpful. Our room was very dated and on basement level so dark and quite noisy from bathroom pipes. Overall a good choice for overnight stay."

"We had a wonderful 4 night stay as a family of 4. Breakfast was great, but would say the staff needs to check the coffee machine and Nutella to make sure they are refilled timely. The room was clean and spacious and our room had Air Con and was working great! Housekeeping did a great job keeping our room tidy. "I booked a room at Mottram Hall for my partner and her friend while they attended an event nearby. Unfortunately, on arrival the cleanliness of the room was completely unacceptable. There were significant accumulations of dust on furniture, fittings and other areas of the room. The photographs we took speak for themselves. "Huge line checking in, extremely slow front desk employees. Bar / Restaurant staff extremely slow and one women in restaurant was quite rude but she was basically alone (short staff) and she appeared quite stressed out One young man named Jamie at he bar was wonderful and friendly. Shuttle to airport very convenient. Overall it served it's purpose for early flight the next morning."

"The dining room and celebration areas are good but the rooms certainly need to be refreshed. The only good things were that the bed was big and comfortable with selection of pillows, the towels were decent and it was clean. There's no phone in the room, I had to ask for hangers, water and a non-slip mat for the bath. The bathroom door scraped the floor each time uou opened or closed it. The window frames were grotty and there were black mould marks and flaking ceiling paper over the shower....
