"We were supposed to have a 5 night stay. On the 4th day, a guy was following people around the pool and harassing women. Appeared to not only be drunk but on some type of drugs. For a few hours he went unchecked harassing people. This resort has little to no security just so you will know. Included alcohol flowing freely with no security. I finally decided to tell him to stop (harassing women) in the pool. He at times acted like he wanted to fight, other times was apologizing. I know you can’t...

Arranging transportation, dining, tours, house keeping, you name it this property staff will deliver. I met some really passionate staff here, Alexia afternoon staff at the front desk, Edwin in maintenance, Franklyn tour and transportation coordinator and last but not least Alexandra. "Such a cool place. We stayed most of a week, and since there are limited number of rooms, there aren’t many other guests, so it felt like our own little private resort. Our room opened right out to the pool and restaurant. Iguanas were hanging out, a toucan visited us on a tree near the restaurant. We really found a hidden gem. "

"Great property right on the beach. Close to shops, sodas, activities. The on site restaurant and tiki bar served delicious food and drinks. We stayed in a two bedroom condo and we had so much room and storage. In suite washer and dryer was a bonus. Beautiful large balcony."

"Check-in it’s way too late, and check-out way too early how can a check-in at 4pm and a check-out at 10am be normal or even welcoming to guests? They crossed the line with those times, it didn’t make me feel welcome or respected and as if my money isn’t worth it, feels like they want you there the least amount of time possible. A positive thing about the club it’s the cleaning service, I was there for 2 nights only and the day after my check-in they cleaned the room and got us new clean towels,...

"The location was FANTASTIC. Right on the beach, felt safe and it was quiet. Our room was right in front of the pools which was super convenient and then we had a 30 second walk right to the beach. Everything from food, shopping, coffee and laundry were all within 5-10 minutes walking distance. A great hotel if you’re looking for a clean stay and convenient travel around Jaco Beach "
