Obviously the hotel had tried to be more than it was with abandoned ziplines etc. I got the impression management was catering to one night stays for industrial sized groups to see quetzals. True, they succeed in that. Meanwhile other hotel birding trips were industrial too. Far better to get a ride to neighboring Batsu Gardens than use hotel birding tour."

"Immaculate hotel with a nice pool and bar area. Nice long happy hour in the afternoon with delicious cocktails. We saw toucans and monkeys regularly while here and the monkeys were very entertaining. All staff were friendly and helpful, would definitely recommend. "
