"I felt mislead by this property. It was advertised as having offsite parking, which is a lie. There is no close parking and it’s all paid. Also stressful to drop off your bags as the streets are very busy. Wifi is very weak and didn’t work properly. There is no elevator which I did know ahead of time but you really do risk your life carrying a suitcase up those stairs as they are very small and windey. If you are on the top floor in a heat wave good luck to you because the fans are very weak and...

"My room was dirty. There was hair in the shower and the rug was filthy. They booked me in a disabled room and the emergency button flashed all night. Additionally my tea kettle was broken and the only solution was for them to bring me one coffee on the first morning and packet of sugar."
