"Rooms were clean as expected of Novotel brand. I've been to few of them and I must say this particular property felt a bit lower standard than what I experienced in other Novotel property in Asia and US. Rooms A/c were controlled centrally when you want to decrease so we couldn't really enjoy cool room as a family of four. Fridge in the room was inadequate as it will take a while day to cool anything. Water was available on the ground floor so that was good. Breakfast was adequate but not great....

"Lovely, helpful staff. Very good location. Excellent amenities and breakfast with a welcoming bar and air conditioning. We used on street parking which was free overnight and felt secure. Highly recommend staying at this hotel."

"The Sure hotel was quaint and clean. The staff were nice and helpful and the food in the restaurant was good. The room was a bit small for taller people and the bathroom was tiny. The location was great to walk to the Memorial de can but far away from other restaurants and shopping. Otherwise, we had a nice stay."

"Great location if you’re looking to go to the castle. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast was excellent and worth the extra charge. The noise from the streets was extremely loud until about 2 in the morning but all and all a good place to stay for a quick stop over."

"Getting into the B&B after hours is a nightmare when you’ve travelled on the ferry and arrive late. They send you a code to your email account but you’re not on Wi-Fi so you have to download there Wi-Fi before you can get not your room. After travelling for 10 hours it’s pretty frustrating."
