"Room and grounds lovely. Plenty of parking. Restaurant and breakfast chaotic. A member of staff arrived in her PJ's to open up for Breakfast 20 mins late. Evening meal, obviously not enough staff - delays in food and limited choice, as only 1 person in the kitchen."

"The property overall has a child friendly lobby. The breakfast is decent. The room size was okay. The only issue is the cleaning crew was not diligent to make sure that the hand soap dispenser is out. As well, I noticed that they do not clean the floor of the toilet room, which was separated from the bathroom."

"Very clean, modern hotel. Very comfortable and cool with air conditioning, during a heat wave. Hot shower felt amazing after a long trip! Delicious breakfast in the morning with many wonderful options! Highly recommend Holiday Inn Express, Caen!"
