"Was disappointed when we arrived at hotel. It was more like a motel with entrance doors on outside. Didn’t know it was formally a Red Roof Hotel. Room was pretty clean but there were no tissues and the body wash was empty. Window covering was torn also."

"The front desk staff were very helpful. There was an issue with our reservation and he was able to assist and get us new rooms when the hotel was almost fully booked."

"Experience was great"

"The hotel is so freaking weird. We felt like we were in a cult or like a place where they give criminals new faces lol. The layout was so confusing and while it may look shiny and nice, the room was first. The floor turned my feet black because of how dirty it was which made me feel like I couldn’t let my baby crawl around or play. There were bugs, dust and it was just kinda awful."

"Only stayed one night, it was a very nice hotel, we would absolutely stay again. Breakfast was great. Literally everything you could need is within 3 minutes of this hotel. Thank you"

"Staff was very friendly and helpful, room was clean, parking was easy, we would definitely stay here again, great location."

"I ve mentioned it in my previous message"

"My stay at the Quality Inn in Gibsonia, PA, was appalling. My room was unclean, and there was hair on the towels. When I requested housekeeping, an employee sitting in the lobby on his personal phone said, “Maybe. I’ll see what I can do, but most likely not.” My room was never cleaned despite my request. At checkout, nobody was available in the lobby, forcing me to call Choice Hotels customer service just to check out. The lack of cleanliness, professionalism, and basic staff availability is...

"Great place to stay"

"The room was so overpriced for the area and in terrible shape. The GFI plugs flashed the entire time. The TV didn’t work and there was not a hair dryer or iron in the room. If you wanted clean towels you had to go to the front desk and they were never there. If you wanted the bed made you had to pay an extra $10 a day. The paint was peeling on the ceiling in the bathroom and appliances were missing. There wasn’t even a trash can in the bathroom. Stay far away!!!!."

"Room was clean but smells like bootie hole!"

"Good stay, helpful staff"
