Staff was amazing. Room was dirty. Shower was not working when I took a shower. Shower head was lose and water sprayed everywhere in bathroom. Bed frame has not been wiped in out don’t know when. Lots of dirt and pillows had hair. There was also a lingering smell in the hallways.

Our room had an unpleasant smell the whole time. The rest of the hotel had an odor of marijuana in hallways, elevator. People constantly prop back door open so you can get in without a key. It was not stated in the booking process that the kitchentte is completely unstocked and dishes, utensils and cooking supplies must be brought or purchased. I wouldn't book here again. Positives were the gym was nice, the hotel in general was clean. The bed was comfortable. Close to many restaurants and shopping, easy to get to interstates to travel.

Probably fine for an inexpensive long term stay. But not good for a vacation. Limited linen service (towels), and very limited front desk help. Essentially all we did was sleep and shower there. Will not stay there again, and would not recommend for vacations.

We chose this hotel because it had a kitchenette, but found it also has NO kitchen supplies unless you purchase them. $40 for a cooking kit and $20 for plate and utensils. Lobby is clean and tidy, but once through the doors headed to elevator, its a different story. Definitely do not adhere to a no smoking policy, and it isnt cigarettes. Got to the room, it was okay-ish but found it did not lock at all so had to go down and get another room. Desk associates were very accomodating and apologetic. New room was much, much better...cleaner, better smelling and it locked. Its a place to sleep. I guess some folks live there...someone was deep frying fish one night and it reeked to high heavens. Its also older and needs sound proofing in a big way. The motion sensing overhead lights sucked. Bed was comfy but bring a blanket from home. The ones there are Temu thin.

Good for the price

Check-in went great and they allowed me to get into my room earlier than normal check-in time. All features of the unit worked as expected and everything was quite clean and tidy. As time went on during my stay I noticed that housekeeping failed to service my room properly. They are supposed to give one service per week at the property and I did not receive even one during my two week stay. Instead, I had to leave garbage outside of my door like all the other people at this property. For clean sheets, towels and toiletries I had to go to the front desk which is usually unattended. If housekeeping would have came, then there would be no issues with my stay. I was informed that they were short staffed but they should have had enough people hired to cover. The last issue I had was the free breakfast. In the welcome email they send, it said that there was complimentary grab and go breakfast. I went down to check and was informed by staff that they do not have breakfast at this location. For the price, it’s a good option but the lack of upkeep on the guests rooms is unacceptable. I have stayed at motels that cleaned my room at a hotel standard every 2 days and replaced anything I needed fresh. The hotel itself is fairly modern, there is a gym onsite and laundry. But the laundry room stated they accept credit cards but the feature was broken. I requested quarters in exchange for payment and was denied. The last note is they ran out of shampoo during my stay. 3/5

Rooms need major upgrade, mold on lap shades, curtains, bathrooms are a mess, kitchen did not have any cooking supplies, fire alarm went off for 5+ minutes at 10:30pm. The woman at the front counter was very nice but the hotel needs a complete upgrade.
