Seul petit bémol : la vue est un peu gâchée par les barres extérieures de la structure de l’hôtel. À souligner également : un excellent petit déjeuner ! "Stayed here for my cousin’s wedding this past August, and it was an incredible experience. The hotel itself is stunning — a charming, vintage-style property with a timeless feel. The service was outstanding from start to finish — from the bellman and front desk to the waitstaff, everyone was attentive and welcoming. The location is perfect — right in the heart of town and within walking distance of everything: the bank, bars, marina, cafés, and restaurants. You truly can’t go wrong staying here....

"You have to take funicular from Neuchatel to Neuchatel Universite only 8 mins and then walk to the hotel only 5 mins. Location is quiet area and near the city by walking distance. There is a chocolate as a gift on each pillow,it's delicious. We stay only 1 night in family room, unfortunately one of our pillow's cover is musty and the bed is not comfortable. Other cleanliness is ok. The staff is willing to answer our questions. "
