"O hotel é muito confortável. Um hotel mais voltado para famílias. A comida é excelente! A limpeza é nota 10! Os quartos são amplos e muito confortáveis, mas não é bom em isolamento acústico. Portanto, se você gosta de dormir cedo se ouve muito barulho nos corredores. As vezes é por conta da recreação e outras vezes é as crianças mesmos que, ao irem para o quarto ou sairem para qualquer outra atividade, fazem barulho, gritam e até mesmo os adultos falam alto nos corredores. "

"Check in was a little tricky since the receptionist only spoke Portuguese. However, there were no issues and we were given the key to our room. The room was clean but a little worn out. The breakfast was a buffet with great options including sausage, ham, cheese, cereal, juices, and fruit. Location is in the town center which is great during the day, however, at night all the shops are closed and it seemed quite scary so we took an Uber to the mall for dinner. Overall, it was a comfortable hotel...

"Atendimento muito bom através do Sr. Antônio da recepção. Localização privilegiada. Custo benefício excelente. Limpeza impecável. Poderia ter mais funcionários para o atendimento no café da manhã. Acabaram ficando poucas mesas limpas para sentar e a reposição dos alimentos e bebidas foi insuficiente. Porém no geral aprovei a estadia. "

"Quarto Iguaçu é muito bom. Colchão, travesseiros e toalhas de boa qualidade. Uma banheira bem boa. Chuveiro ótimo. Único porém é que com um quarto e atendimento tão bons, a expectativa de um café da manhã ser muito bom era grande. Não que seja ruim, tem boa variedade de frutas, pães e bolo mas a qualidade dos insumos não é tão boa. "
