"I expected to be in the annex, but the room was very good and had a balcony. Food was excellent, generous portions. To be honest, I thought the wine was a bit pricey. Very nice garden, and plenty of parking. The hotel is a training hotel, so the staff are knowledgeable. "

"Located behind "Kind of Spice" so type that in when looking for this place. No lift in the annex building, which is where our room was (2nd flr). Otherwise, kind staff and clean rooms. Complimentary bottles of water at the FD, just ask. Breakfast selection was fantastic; you can pay the night before and save 4bucks compared to the day of. No dinner service, but the bar is open in the evening from 5:30- 10:15pm. "King of Spice" (curry) is right around the corner, so we had dinner there instead....

We asked for extra milk in the morning, which we was given. Very clean room - great power shower. Beautiful quiet village. Lots of little shops, bakery and pubs. We ate at The White Heart - Green King (we booked a table) and the food was delicious. "
